Terms of Services

  1. Once the job order is placed, changes in product specifications are allowed. However, if you have any last-minute changes, please contact our customer service department. We will try to hold the job if not already begun.

    • Note: Changes in the order’s specifications or delivery address after the job order is approved may cause a change in pricing and delivery time.

  2. Changes in specifications of the quoted orders may also change the orders pricing and delivery time.

  3. The Orders received before 12 pm will be considered for that day, otherwise they will be counted for the next day jobs.

  4. The job which contains a government or administration logo can be printed only with written permission from the concerned authorities.

  5. To print a book or any other publication, we require a copy of the copyright certificate (Radmak) and a permission letter to Dar Al Funoon Co.

  6. Although turnaround times are estimated during the ordering procedure. However, uncontrolled factors such as bad weather, failure of machinery, breakdown of vehicles, shortage of required materials or delay in delivery of job are not subject to legal liability.

  7. Before receiving or leaving the counter, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the printed products. In case of disagreement, Dar Al Funoon Co. has the right to decide whether the job should be rectified, reprinted or refunded.

  8. Dar Al Funoon Co. shall not be liable for indirect loss or third-party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit. Where work is defective for any reason, including negligence Dar Al Funoon Co.’s liability (if any) shall be limited to rectifying such a defect.

  9. We convert all artworks to the process colours (CMYK) except those which are informed by customers in writing. Dar Al Funoon Co. is not responsible for undesired results in case we didn’t agree with the customer to print special colours.

  10. Dar Al Funoon Co. provides popular online payment systems through Visa and PayPal. Which ensures full confidentiality to our customers.

  11. Dar Al Funoon Co. has the right to change the prices without early warning, however it won’t affect the already placed orders.

  12. The raw materials used during the production of the products such as papers and inks are exclusive to the Dar Al Funoon Co. discount percentage.

  13. We respond to the queries on working days from 9 am to 5 pm. Inquiries sent beyond that will be answered the next working day.

  14. In general, Dar Al Funoon Co. is concerned about the confidentiality of the information except in some cases. However, it is not subject to direct or indirect claims or lawsuits.
